The price includes my services for: designing and setting up said design for you, however, please note that YOU are responsible for providing all necessary furniture and dye.I will only do a single floor designs (the main floor) with some exceptions being season event house designs and some venues. If you would like a multi floor design that uses the basement etc for a home design, please find another designer.I strongly advise each client to be very specific in what sort of design/theme they want BEFORE I start on the design. Reference images are a great way to convey your desired aesthetic.I do not work to deadlines, designs take time to create and fine tuning details to give you a cohesive water tight design is something I pride myself on.Upon completion some small adjustments such as colors or item replacements are free. Fees for more complex changes can be discussed.Solid feedback is very appreciated, but micromanaging is not. I require enough freedom and breathing room to work efficiently, trust my design process.I will not provide a refund once I have started designing. You may choose to cancel your commission before I start the design process and receive a full refund. Once I have started designing, refunds are not accepted.After I complete the design, build and post it on social media, I ask that you wait 2 weeks before modifying the design. After the 2 weeks have elapsed you may do as you please.
